This website publishes practice dates and locations, aggregate attendance figures for the current week's practice, key-pickup status without the assignee identity or confirmation time, notices marked for public display by administrators, and aggregate Google Group member counts. It does not publish member email addresses or account IDs, assigned member names, individual form responses, confirmation links or tokens, or guest contact details. / このサイトでは、練習日時・場所、今週の練習の出欠集計、担当者名や確認時刻を含まない鍵受け取り状況、管理者が公開用に入力した連絡事項、Google Groupの部員数集計を掲載します。部員のメールアドレスやアカウントID、担当者名、個別のフォーム回答、確認リンクやトークン、ゲストの連絡先は公開しません。
The About page includes a practice photo provided for publication by the club. Anyone shown in the photo may request its removal through the membership form. / Aboutページには、部の公開用として提供された練習写真を掲載しています。写真に写っている方は、メンバー手続きフォームから掲載の取り下げを依頼できます。

Weekly attendance / 毎週の出欠
The attendance form collects the signed-in account's email address, attendance, available roles, any reason entered after selecting “Other,” guest count and details, and messages for the club. This information is used to summarize weekly attendance, assign roles, prepare equipment, and share club notices. / 出欠フォームでは、ログイン中のアカウントのメールアドレス、出欠、担当できる役割、「その他」を選んだ場合に記入した理由、ゲストの人数と情報、全体への連絡事項を収集します。これらは、毎週の出欠集計、担当者の選出、道具の準備、部内連絡に利用します。
The system keeps a private roster of Google Group member email addresses, first-detected dates, and automatic-assignment eligibility dates. This is used only to exclude newly detected members from automatic role assignment for their first two months. The membership form collects the signed-in Google account's email address, request type, name, current or requested email address, connection to NIG or SOKENDAI for joining, optional preferred first practice, request details, and required acknowledgements. This information is used only to review and process requests to join, leave, change a registered email address, or contact the managers. / メンバー手続きフォームでは、ログイン中のGoogleアカウントのメールアドレス、申請種別、氏名、登録中または登録希望のメールアドレス、入会時の遺伝研・総研大との関係、任意の初回参加希望日、依頼内容、必要な確認事項を収集します。これらは、入会、退会、登録メールアドレス変更、管理者への連絡の確認と手続きにのみ利用します。

Emails to the Google Group and the members-only calendar may include attendance counts, the portion of each respondent's email address before the @ symbol, guest counts by respondent account, confirmed role assignments, and messages entered for the whole club. Guest names and contact details are not included in automated group emails or calendar descriptions. / Google Group宛てのメールと部員限定カレンダーには、出欠人数、回答者メールアドレスの@より前の部分、回答者アカウント別のゲスト人数、確定した担当、全体共有欄の連絡事項が含まれる場合があります。ゲストの氏名や連絡先は、自動送信メールやカレンダーの説明には含めません。

Individual responses and request records are stored in a private Google spreadsheet that only the owner and explicitly authorized collaborators can open. The web-based admin console also requires Google sign-in and verification against the application's administrator allowlist. / 個別の回答と申請記録は、所有者と明示的に権限を付与された共同管理者だけが開ける非公開Googleスプレッドシートに保存します。ウェブ管理画面の利用にも、Googleログインとアプリの管理者許可リストによる確認が必要です。

Correction or Deletion / 訂正・削除
Records are retained only as needed for club operations, handover, and role-assignment history. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule. To request a correction or deletion, use the membership form and select the option for changing your registered email address or contacting the managers. / 記録は、部の運営、引継ぎ、担当履歴に必要な範囲で保持します。現在、固定の自動削除期間は設けていません。情報の訂正や削除を希望する場合は、メンバー手続きフォームで「登録メールアドレス変更・管理者への連絡」を選択してください。
