Your request is sent to the club managers. For a request to join, they review the details before adding the requested email address to the Google Group or sending an invitation. The managers also process requests to leave or change a registered email address. / 申請内容は部の管理者へ送られます。入会申請は、内容を確認した上で、希望するメールアドレスをGoogle Groupへ追加するか、招待を送ります。退会や登録メールアドレスの変更も管理者が対応します。

Request notifications are sent to an address that reaches the Google Group's managers and owners. This allows the recipient list to follow manager changes without requiring a website update. / 申請通知は、Google Groupの管理者とオーナーに届く専用アドレスへ送られます。そのため、管理者が交代してもウェブサイト側の宛先変更は不要です。

If you cannot open the NIG Google Group, ask the club managers to remove your email address. Open the membership form, select “Leave the club,” and enter the email address currently registered in the Google Group. / 遺伝研のGoogle Groupを開けない場合は、管理者へ登録メールアドレスの削除を依頼してください。メンバー手続きフォームで「退会」を選び、Google Groupに現在登録されているメールアドレスを入力して送信します。
Leaving the group yourself / 自分で退会する場合
If the registered account can open the NIG Google Group, sign in to Google Groups with that address, open the club group, and select Leave group from the membership controls. According to Google Help, this action is available in the desktop version of Google Groups. / 登録アカウントで遺伝研のGoogle Groupを開ける場合は、そのメールアドレスでGoogle Groupsにログインし、部のグループを開いて、メンバー設定から「グループから退会」を選びます。Google公式ヘルプによると、この操作はGoogle Groupsのパソコン版で行えます。
Access after leaving / 退会後のアクセス
After leaving the Google Group, you will no longer receive member-only announcements and may lose access to the club calendar and weekly attendance form. To change your registered email address instead of leaving, contact the managers through the membership form. / Google Groupを退会すると、部員限定のお知らせは届かなくなり、部のGoogleカレンダーや毎週の出欠フォームも利用できなくなる場合があります。退会ではなく登録メールアドレスを変更したい場合は、メンバー手続きフォームから管理者へ連絡してください。
